comfortable room, more than complete bathroom (we had a shower and a bathtub). Lunch in breakfast and dinner unbeatable. We had read that there was little variety, it seemed to us that there was variety and much to choose from. place, incredible. dinner in Ran de Mar was a dream, next to a calm sea and livened up by live music. Breakfast was just as quiet, on the other side of the resort, where there is another small beach we love. swimming pool for adults only was a great discovery. We took a swim around 7pm on the way back from the beach and water was always very warm, we thought it was a heated pool. We didn't get a chance to use the SPA but it looked great. They have a very useful towel service. the tower beach is a small oasis of tranquility. Perfect location, out of the big crowds but close to all the best coves in Mallorca. We will be back!
Nothing! We want to go back!

Loved it. It was our third time there. Can't wait to return. Also in the village there is an excellent restaurant if you are on half-board and want a good lunch/dinner. 'La Caricola' (not sure if I have spelt it correctly) but the staff and the food!!! Excellent. Very popular with the local people so that proves it is good. But the hotel is the best.
The staff remembered us and made us feel so welcome. There is everything there for all types of holiday; sport, Booked.neting, etc.etc. GO!

Without a doubt, the breakfast exceeded all expectations. A great variety of sausages, drinks, bread, a cook who made crepes and tortillas on the spot, of all flavors. Also great variety of sweet and salty, as well as fruit. Discard the presence of vegetable drinks and natural orange juice. The SPA is very complete, it has an indoor pool, jacuzzi, and different types of showers to make a complete circuit. In addition, sauna, Roman therm and hamamm baths. We were allowed to stay at the hotel after the check-out and take advantage of the facilities (they did not have a courtesy room, but they offered us the changing rooms of the SPA so that we could change). Direct access to two very beautiful coves, which due to the time of year were practically empty. We did not use the gym, but it looked quite complete, with different machines, tapes and free weights area.
When we checked out we needed a car to pick us up (the resort is huge), but it never showed up and we went for a walk to the entrance. That the coffee from the Nespresso machines in the room was from compatible capsules and was not Nespresso.

Amazing food at both breakfast and dinner buffet! 🍽️ The view of the sea was stunning, I couldn't get enough of it. The location was really peaceful, right by the laid-back Portopetro Harbor.

Staff were very hel[ful and pleasant. Buffet was very good value although this was off season. Picturesque location and very quiet.
Decor was stark and restaurants/some bars were closed. Also water sports were closed. irt would have been helpful to have known about this prior to booking.

This hotel was exactly what I was looking for. Nice sea, white sand with pine trees and lavender. Although at the arrival we were told that the hotel is full, we were not disturbed by any noise not from the neighbour rooms not from the outside. As we were spending the day by the sea and in the afternoon travelling around the island, the only time when we noticed a lot of guests was at the breakfast. After that there quite a few people by the sea, some at the pool. But everywhere it was very quiet. The only animation I noticed was the shows in the evening, which again, may be, ten people were attending. Also I noticed that by each of three pools there was a lifeguard on duty, watching people swimming.
The hotel actually has only one beach - between buildings 3 and 4, the second beach behind the building 7 is actually outside the hotel and behind the fence and, if going there, I do not know how the guest can then come back to the hotel. The real sea view is only from Junior Suites and Suites, and - a sort of - from the second floor of the buildings 3 and 4.
